Email support@profitmesh.app. We read every message and usually reply within two business days.

Delete your account

In the app, open Settings, then Account, then Delete account. This removes your account and records. Export first if you need them for taxes.

Export your records

In the app, open Settings, then Export. You get a file of all your records and your receipt images.

Disconnect eBay

In the app, open Settings, then Connected accounts, then eBay, then Disconnect. You can also remove ProfitMesh's access from your eBay account settings.
